Kingsway Christian Church

Church service:
9:15 AM – Sunday School
10:30 AM – Sunday Morning Worship

Worship Service

Sunday morning worship is traditional. You can expect the music to be beautiful, Christ to be preached, and your family to be loved.
We value the communal reading of Scripture, the preaching of the Word, and the participation of children in our worship services. We incorporate moments of silence and the practice of prayer into each service. Like the early church, we partake in communion every week.

Chancel Choir

Led by Dr. Jeff Brewer (D.M.A), the 22-member chancel choir is a hallmark of Sunday morning worship at Kingsway. The choir leads the church through a wide range of sacred music and beloved hymns.

Adult Classes:

The BIBLE ODYSSEY class uses member selected topics of study, currently “From Eden to Babel–The Challenge of Genesis 1-11,” having just finished a study of Christian ethics focused on the Sermon on the Mount. The class is mixed in age and all are welcome. We use the Bible as our primary textbook, seeking to understand how people have interpreted its many stories in order to better understand others and ourselves. We do not shy away from the hard questions even if we are not always able to find comforting answers. Room 102
The DISCIPLESHIP class is a gathering of golden-agers meeting and studying a variety of Biblically based lessons. The Bible comes alive in this class through an even balance of lecture and open discussion for adults seeking a deeper understanding of God’s Word. In an environment of sharing and caring, the class actively practices intercessory prayer for members and others. Room 201
The EXPLORERS class at Kingsway uses the International Lesson Series curriculum which is an in depth look at Biblical passages arranged by topic. The topics deal with how to apply scripture to everyday living. For example, we have discussed the overall theme of “HOPE”. We are a diverse group who enjoy discussion. We welcome anyone, any age, to come in and participate. Room 100
